1st and 3rd grade buddy project (3F and 1Da) where the kids made a town out of 3D shapes. They brainstormed buildings and places in towns and then made the buildings out of boxes and other materials. Each group did their own part and then the parts all fit together to make a big town!

Students were given a scenario about a car company that could not figure out why some of their cars travel farther distances when no outside force was placed upon them. Students built three different prototypes and tested.  They then used evidence from their test to make a claim.
