Community Pass

We are pleased to offer parents a new, convenient way to pay for Holdrum Middle School fees using Community Pass, an online registration/payment service.  Payment of fees associated with the HMS Laptop Program, Frost Valley trip and other events, will be processed by the Community Pass site for the school year.

IMPORTANT: If you already use Community Pass with another organization (I.E. River Vale Township or Hillsdale) and are trying to pay a fee for the River Vale Public Schools, your child will come up as "Not Eligible"

It is recommended that you merge the two accounts, which will allow you to manage events for both communities from one logon account. In order to merge your two Community Pass accounts, you will need to know the username and password for each. Then log on using the account you would like to keep and hover over My Account (top left) and click Family Merge. Then enter the username & password of the account you will no longer use.

Once you complete this process, you can manage Community Pass for your family for both the River Public Schools and Township (or other) accounts.

Once your accounts are merged, you will need to select the River Vale Public Schools by using the "Switch to a different community" drop down menu in the right hand corner of the page. At that point, you will have access to the River Vale Public School fees.
