  • Community Forum - February 16 at Holdrum M.S.

    Please join us at our second River Vale Board of Education Community Forum of the 2016/2017 school year on February 16th. Two sessions have been scheduled to accommodate parents. The first session is at 9:00 A. M. and a second one will begin at 7:00 P. M.

  • Mid-Winter Recess

    Schools will be closed for mid-winter recess on Monday and Tuesday, Feb. 20th and 21st. Schools will re-open on Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2017.

  • 2017-2018 Kindergarten Open Registration

    Parents and Guardians of children who reside in River Vale and will be five years of age on or before October 1st, 2017 are eligible to register their children for kindergarten for the 2017 - 2018 school year.   • Student Dismissal Form

    A student dismissal form is required for each student in the district. This form was mailed to you with your child's placement letter. If at any point you have a change to your student dismissal procedures, please fill out a new form and return to your child's teacher.

  • Milk Program

    The River Vale School District operates a milk program during the months of September through June for parents who wish to purchase milk for their children. Please click on the icon for information on the program regarding the second half of this school year. After completing the form, submit to the main office or mail to the Board of Education offices.

  • River Vale School IPM Policy

    It is the District's goal is to protect every student from pesticide exposure by using an Integrated Pest Management approach to pest management. Our IPM approach focuses on making the school buildings and grounds an unfavorable habitat for pests by removing food and water sources and eliminating hiding and breeding places. The District accomplishes this through routine cleaning and maintenance. The District routinely monitors the school building and grounds to detect if any pests are present. If pests are founds, the District's uses safe methods to remove the problem.
